Who we are
These terms apply to orders for Letters from Embervale™ and First Sparks: A Little Journey to Embervale, both made by Storyrealm Studios, LLC. Questions are always welcome at hello@lettersfromembervale.com.
What you are buying
Letters from Embervale is a twelve-month story adventure delivered by real mail for ages 7 to 13, written at the reading level you choose: Ember, about ages 7 to 9, or Flame, about ages 10 to 13. First Sparks is a separate year of read-together story letters for ages 5 to 6. What each includes is described on its page at the time you order.
Price and payment
- Letters from Embervale: one payment of $195 for the full year, plus $12.95 opening-gift shipping. Every monthly letter and surprise mailing after the opening gift is included at no additional charge.
- First Sparks: $145 for the whole year, plus $9.95 shipping.
- There is no monthly subscription. Prices are in US dollars.
Founding Families
Founding Families is limited to 275 numbered memberships, open from October 29 to November 8 or until all 275 places are claimed. Founding Families receive the Founding pieces described on our main page, and the Founding Promise: your Letters from Embervale price stays $195 a year for as long as your family stays on the journey. Founding collectibles are made in small batches and checked before they ship, so some may arrive separately from the opening gift. The Founders Edition Heart Forge Sigil arrives in Month Twelve.
Personalization
Names appear in the story exactly as they are entered at checkout, so please check spelling, punctuation and addresses carefully. If something needs to change, write to hello@lettersfromembervale.com as soon as you can.
Delivery, returns and refunds
We ship within the United States only. Delivery timing, the Guardian’s Guarantee and how refunds work are explained on our Shipping & Refunds page.
Our stories and characters
