Where we ship
For now, Embervale mail ships within the United States only.
Shipping costs
- Letters from Embervale: $12.95 for the opening gift. Every monthly letter and surprise mailing after that is included at no additional charge.
- First Sparks: $145 for the whole year, plus $9.95 shipping.
When it arrives
Christmas Magic is our launch delivery: the adventure begins as a Christmas gift, and the first monthly letter follows after the holidays. Shipping dates will be shared as soon as they are confirmed.
Founding collectibles are made in small batches and checked before they ship, so some may arrive separately from the opening gift. The Founders Edition Heart Forge Sigil arrives in Month Twelve, when it completes the amulet.
Addresses
The child, the Elder Guardian and the purchaser can each have their own mailing address. Please check every address at checkout. If someone moves during the year, write to hello@lettersfromembervale.com.
The Guardian’s Guarantee
If your family does not fall in love with Letters from Embervale, mail the opening gift back with everything inside within 30 days, and we will refund the full $195 purchase price. You cover the return postage.
Your 30 days begin on the later of two dates: the day the carrier confirms your opening gift was delivered, or the gift-opening date you set at checkout.
First Sparks
If your family is not delighted, mail everything back within 30 days of the first delivery and receive a full refund of the $145 purchase price. You cover return postage.
How to start a return
Write to hello@lettersfromembervale.com with your name and the child’s first name, and we will send you the return address.
Damaged or missing mail
If something arrives damaged, or a mailing does not arrive, write to hello@lettersfromembervale.com and tell us what happened.
